11.15-12.15pm (Hind Sensei)
12:15 – 1:30 pm Testing (with 3 CAF Examination Board members)
1.30 – 2.30pm (Yudansha only – in the dojo – Ishiyama Shihan)
1.30 – 2.30pm (Mudansha weapons class in the Gym – instructor TBA)
2:45 – 3:45pm (Ishiyama Shihan)

Cost:
Both Sat. and Sun. (2 days): $ 65 (students & non-working adults: $50)
Sat. only: $50 (students & non-working adults: $40)
Sun. only: $30 (students & non-working adults: $25)
1-class only: $20 (students & non-working adults: $15)
Additional Information:
This seminar offers high level instruction from the most senior and experienced instructors in Western Canada. In accordance with CAF policies to offer opportunities for testing at dan level several times a year in each region, three CAF Examination Board members will be available to form a Grading Panel.
Testing: All testing candidates are responsible to deliver to the seminar registrar their completed test applications and CAF forms, approved and signed by their chief instructor. It is required that those planning to test or their instructors contact one of the seminar coordinators (VWA senior instructors): Liz McKinlay at wlanz@telus.net, or Bruce Riddick at briddick@telus.net. This must be done at least one week in advance. Testing notification due date: Nov. 24, 2012.
There will be one yudansha only class on Saturday. The mudansha (1-kyu and below) will benefit from a concurrent weapons class held in the Gym next door.
Saturday Evening Social: There will be a potluck social at Liz McKinlay’s after the seminar. Details will be available at the seminar.
