11:15 am - 12:15 pm: class by Ishiyama Sensei
12:30 - 1:45 pm: lunch break & BCAF AGM

- All BCAF members welcome. Lunch is provided.
2 - 3 pm: class by Kabanets Sensei (technical points from Osawa Sensei's seminar)
3:15 - 4:15 pm: class by Ishiyama Sensei
4:30 - 5:00 pm: testing
